"We had a terrible experience switching to this agency with State Farm. We Got auto and homeowner with them. 2 weeks later I get a call they sent a “3rd party inspector to our house with a drone” and our 7 year old roof wasn’t up to there standards i guess.

(Also, good luck getting them to answer the phone when you call.)

I asked them to send someone back with a ladder to look so I could see also, and all I got was I’m sorry we have to cancel your coverage after this month. - Nothing is wrong with the roof.

They never contacted my leader to inform them I was covered like I asked, they said they would handle all of that. THEY DIDN'T
So now I am paying more money because my leader doesn’t know I have insurance

I also asked if escrow was billed for the month they told me NO, well they charged me for the year and now I have been double charged for a few months till I get my refund. Because a bill was sent to my house so I paid it for the month.

I never leave a bad review, I understand things happen and mistakes happen. This has been a terrible experience. Hope this helps the next person."
